Overview
Cone crushers are used in the intermediate crushing stages (secondary and tertiary crushing) and for reducing hard minerals, including iron ore, to relatively small sizes.
A cone crusher is a type of gyratory crusher in which the apex angle of the crushing head is increased to about 100 degrees and the inner curvature of the shell is changed. The moving head and the inner surface of the fixed shell are covered with replaceable wear liners made of manganese steel.

For the super sand makers (36-S2, 36-S3 and 36-S4), 10–30 mm gravel is recommended as feed for better efficiency. All models have a 125 hp (90 kW) motor running at 1400 rpm.
