Overview
Vibrating screens separate the feed by size by vibrating the particles and moving them along the screen, delivering them classified to the outlets.
The structure and body of a screen are constantly under heavy vibration and dynamic loads, so its service life, behaviour and separation accuracy matter greatly; the screen is usually considered the heart of a crushing and sizing line.
